Set number of decimal places for "Show value as percent"

In the table and matrix visuals, when setting "Show value as percent" it always displays the value to 2 decimal places.

On the Field Formatting setting for that field the "Value decimal places" is always greyed out and shows Auto.

Allow the users to change the number of decimal places here.

By the way I know I can create a measure and set it on the Modeling tab, but that is not the functionality required.

Feels like a big oversight. It makes this functionality almost useless.

I've been after this functionality for a while - often two decimal places is completely inappropriate level to show (given a percent is out of 100 by it's very definition, 1 dp is a thousandth and two dp is a 10,000th of the data - completely unnecessary level of accuracy for most data).
