Idea :
When "Show item with no data" is activated, display URL formatting for rows without data if the URL and the other column are in the same table.
Business problem :
The URL formatting is disabled on empty rows when we activate "Show item with no data" on a fact table if a measure's result in a dimension table has no value, even if the used URL is in the fact table with the column who's received the URL formatting.
The solution proposes in the link below isn’t viable because it doesn’t work with RLS and the model have more than 100 dimension tables with more than 10 fact tables.

Business case :
This URL behavior adds a lot of friction for the users to improve their worst data on a data quality report. Those reports are required to support operational report and take better decision.

What a great idea! This massive improvement would allow us to drastically improve the quality of our PowerBI reports in regard to URL management.
