    would be helpful to be able to export to Excel

    It would be great to have the export from Power BI to Excel also be at a whole report level, separating the data onto tabs just like in the Power BI report.

    It's very surprising that you cannot copy and paste preformated pivot tables from Power BI into excel. Exporting the underlying data and reformating in an excel pivot table is extremely cumbersome compared to a simple copy/paste.

    The current export to excel functionality is too cumbersome. I should not have to save the file as a .csv. During validation of reports it is extremly useful to be able to quickly copy a chart/matrix/list/whatever visual to excel. This also includes the underlying data. This is possible in Tableau, which makes data validation much easier, quicker and more accurate.
