Allow groups of fields to be selected for inclusion in the report all at once, not just one at a time. In a query with many fields, adding them one-by-one takes “forever”!

Provide an option to either prepare the report as Fields are selected, OR defer report preparation until all Fields have been selected. The latter option would, I believe, greatly reduce the overall processing time, at least for the last columns
