Hi,
We are working with large Power BI files (pbix) around 6GB, where Power BI premium normally supports publishing files up to 10GB from the desktop client.
However, with the latest update of “Information Protection”, the new limit of the maximum file size dropped to 2GB when the sensitivity labels are applied. Our admins enforces sensitivity labels so we cannot even save & publish the report anymore from the client.
Saving & publishing 10GB files was working before (is still working in the earlier versions of the desktop client) so there is a regression in the existing user experience in the latest PBI Desktop client. We need the 2GB limit to be extended back to 10GB.
(Cannot save large files with Sensitivity Labels)
(With "Information Protection" feature being generally available, it is enforced depending on the organization)

RE: Maximum PBIX File Size dropped to 2 GB with Information Protection
This was solved in the March release of PowerBIhttps://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-march-2022-feature-summary/Sensitivity labels updateThe 2 GB file-size limitation on saving labeled and protected PBIX files has been removed. PBIX files over 2 GB in size can now be saved with a sensitivity label that carries protection.

This is a real issue! I can't even open my file when it reaches 2GB. Please bring the limit back to 10GB!
