Allow other Power BI Admins/Power Users to access the GEN2 Power BI Premium utilization and metrics app

It is unacceptable that the just released Power BI Premium utilization and metrics report (Gen 2 Util App -Preview 1.3) is only visible to the person who installed the app. The only way that the other admins can view the metrics to install their own copy of the app and thus creates duplicate workspaces and duplicate data refresh schedules. This is totally unacceptable.

Please allow other people to view the GEN2 metrics app just like original metrics (GEN1 and GEN2) app allowed.
