A cumulative histogram is an absolutely standard way of visualising data in a way that does not depend upon the bin size. As far as I can tell it is impossible to create this kind of chart in PowerBI without first performing some custom calculation on the underlying data but this isn't then compatible with wanting to dynamically slice the histogram because the count of total elements will change and throw out the percentages.

Agree, we have to rely on Python graphs to properly display a histogram which you can slice and filter and update dynamically. I do not understand there is no support for histograms.
