    Support TRUNCATE TABLE in Fabric Warehouse

    We really need the ability to truncate tables in the warehouse. For really large tables, if you have to completely delete all the data and reinsert, using the DELETE command just takes way too long.

    Will it be available only in warehouse? What about lakehouse from SQL Endpoint or notebook magic %%sql?
