    Column Chart and Bar chart Y axis range

    For line charts, the y axis normally auto sizes itself to fit the data range. However this is not the case for column chart and bar chart which by default starts at "0".

    always appear the 0 and with 0 value the users have a poor visualization.

    The best for is if PBi accept percent for the minimun and the maximun, with this the graphics would have all the sense.
