    Publishing Power BI workbooks whose data source is from JSON, XML, Web e.g. no refreshes are happening on a local SQL Server etc.

    Publishing Power BI workbooks whose data source is from JSON, XML, Web e.g. no refreshes are happening on a local SQL Server etc. To refresh any dashboard we are prompted to install a gateway, but not all dashboards should necessitate a gateway in order to refresh.
