Whenever a dashboard got refreshed need to send an e-mail notification to all of the users who have access to that dashboard. Otherwise each and every time when we refreshed a dashboard we have to communicate for the users manually. specially when it's comes to weekly and monthly updated dashboards.

Currently this is possible only at the report level not at the dashboard level
