Power BI featured tables in Excel organization data types: remove Pro requirement for Premium

The feature doesn't work for free users under Premium Environment

Nothing is mentioned on free licenses pages:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-features

The feature doesn't make sense if limited to pro users: you deploy it for excel users in your organisations so they stop vlooking copy of files.

Please clarify the situation and make it available for users who are not involved in power BI creation, ie non pro licences.
