Rather than digging into Options and Settings > Options > Current Report, it would be great to have a check box right next to the Edit Interactions button.

You should be able to do this for a single visual.

The Edit Interactions button could allow the options of either applying all default filters and highlights to all visualisations (as it does now) , or removing all interactions. When there are a large number of visualisations on a page it can be very tedious removing them all if you only want to interact with a single visualisation.
