Is it possible to stop calling the published collections of reports, dashboards, and datasets in Power BI "apps"? They're not apps, and it's confusing to have both "apps" from Power Apps and "apps" from Power BI when they have wildly different functions.

RE: Stop calling them apps

I also like content pack. A lot more precise and unambiguous than "app".

Hi, I'm on the product team who works on Power BI organizational apps (org apps or apps for short).I see "content pack" as an alternative idea to "app" below. Will those who vote on this please share some other ideas / alternatives to the word "app"?Thank you! 🙌

This should be changed. It is very confusing because it is not an app and especially my workshop participants always get it wrong first.

I agree with Mike - Enterprise Content Pack or some variant. But lose the "App"

RE: Stop calling them apps

I thought the previous name: "Content packs" worked well - short (without being meaningless), descriptive. The problem was it wasnt precise enough as there are internal/enterprise "Content Packs" which worked completely differently from External/Vendor "Content Packs". So how about "Enterprise Content Pack" as the new name?
