I created dashboard using xyz@tfayd.com (author). When I share the dashboard outside my organization to my boss (abc@ey.com), an email is sent but the user can't see the dashboard

The Developers investigated the issue and need a fiddler trace to find the root cause to.
Can i get somebody to contact me at chass@microsoft.com to send me a fiddler trace of the failure?
