The new (Sep 2017) drillthrough functionality is very useful, however where only a single drillthrough option is available from a visualisation, it would be useful if the visual could be configured to drill from a left click rather than needing the right click context menu.
I can see two main use cases to justify this:
- to reduce the number of clicks required to get at granular detail from 2 to 1
- to enable the functionality to be used on mobile devices

RE: Enable Drillthrough on Left Click/Mobile
I would need this feature very much on our touch screen system, where right click is disabled for security reasons.
Maybe the user interface could work by buttons? Select a row/cell/bar/... and click a button. Developer could select a button action type to be 'drill through' and then in case of several drill through pages, it would ask the target, otherwise just go there.
RE: Enable Drillthrough on Left Click/Mobile
I do like this idea, but yes, a different interface is needed if you were to enable this kind of navigation.
Thinking about touch screens and powerbi, how would you drill through easily?
RE: Enable Drillthrough on Left Click/Mobile
Mobile yes, not sure how the left click could be implemented as multiple drill through pages could exist. And how would you differentiate between highlighting a line or bar to spice the current page of visuals?
