RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
yes this is really blocking ability to use subscrptions. needed!!!
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
Subscription needs to be available for all pages designated by the developer. Today it limits the use of other functionalities such as the Page Navigator, which is a fantastic way of reducing the clutter from the App navigation menu. Using the Page Navigator instead of App Navigator requires hiding the pages, which completely removes the Subscription functionality for those pages. Also tried "Show pages at the bottom" option but it doesn't work in the App Navigation experience.
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
This functionality would be very helpful. We have reports created with several pages hidden that are accessed via the page navigator buttons. These hidden pages are specific to individual teams within our company, so we don't want to unhide them since it would make the side page selection list in the app clunky. Each team wants to be able to subscribe to their specific page. Since these are hidden, they are unable to do so. Making this an option in the service to toggle on/off for individual reports would be ideal so report designers are empowered to tailor the experience to their users needs.

Please let us subscribe to hidden pages. Really need this function!
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
I think the proper solution to this is to allow people the ability to decide in the desktop options whether or not to allow the user to subscribe to hidden pages.
I really really want this feature and I believe this was a feature before some people voted to have it turned off. I believe putting this in the hands of the user will allow much more flexibility and adoption.
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
If we're able in the near future to subscribe to bookmarks, it would vastly boost the adoption of this subscribe function. Very limited use at the moment.
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
I want to subscribe a page with all the filters that I have applied instead of the default version.
RE: Subscribe hidden page / subscribe to a bookmark
I really do want this feature. I've created a case tracker report that will be used by quite some people and the request made was to have a weekly subscription function for the Account Managers. The only workaround would be to create a dashboard for each of them and subscribe to that. That would be a pain to maintain.
