Share Published Datasets to Pro Users in External Organisation

I want to share filtered datasets to a power BI pro user in another Organisation. Ideally the user could access this dataset from their Power BI Desktop to build their own reports.

At the moment this other user gets their data by importing directly from our SQL Server. This requires a VPN, SQL Server security rules, a data staging layer in SQL Server, linking SQL servers, and both our firewall teams to coordinate to get it working.

This would all be bypassed if I could give them access to a Power BI dataset.
