Add support for additional URL prefixes in textbox, table and matrix

Hyperlinks (in tables, matrix and textboxes) must start with a specific URI prefix (http, https, mailto, ftp, news, telnet - see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-hyperlinks-in-tables#considerations-and-troubleshooting) otherwise Power BI (Desktop or Service) is blocking the link.

There would be a lot of additional prefixes/URIs that should be supported in Power BI - e.g. tel, file, geo, git, notes, sftp, ... This would be the list of official URI schemes according to the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA): https://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes/uri-schemes.xhtml
