    Y axis should start at 0 as default

    Y axis should start from 0 as default
    in many cases the default is not to show the values from 0 .
    this is very much not recommended as a default by all experts (See alberto cairo key note).

    if you try to do it manually you must choose Min or Max =0 but it can create problems when the data has both positive and negative values

    I think that this should be a configuration. We should be allowed to set it to zero, let Power BI manage it or use a measure to set the axis start value.
