We see that the reports are live connected to PBI Datasets are getting timedout due to inactivity.

Can we make the refresh token  active for days or weeks after I obtained it please.

RE: Block the expiration of the refresh-token due to inactivity of the live AAS report

Scenarios:
1. Open a report in Power BI desktop that uses live connection to get data from Azure Analysis Services - no issues.
2. Open a report in Power BI service that uses live connection to get data from Azure Analysis Services - no issues.
3. Open a report in Power BI desktop that uses live connection to get data from a dataset where the dataset is in import mode - no issues.
4. Open a report in Power BI desktop that uses live connection to get data from a dataset where the dataset uses live connection to get data from Azure Analysis Services - token times out after 1 hour.

In scenario 4 I can work with the report in Power BI desktop without issue for an hour. After an hour, if the report interacts with the Azure Analysis Services model I get an authentication failure which is resolved by closing and opening the report.

Thanks

Karl
