    blacked out dialogue boxes on external monitor

    Dialogue boxes appear as completely black boxes when viewed on an external monitor. This makes them essentially unusable as you cannot see any of the dialogue or buttons. Please FIX

    My client has the January 2018 release
    version 2.54.4970.961 and he has exactly the same problem
    Windows 10

    I have this same issue, it persists in the July release.
