When you initially open a Power BI Report on a mobile phone, you can see the full screen of the report, including any slicers that sit at the top of the report. Once you scroll up or down, you start seeing a floating menu. The top floating menu has a back arrow and the report name and this then makes the top slicers or content unusable. Either the report needs to automatically slide down as the floating menu appears or there needs to be a way to hide or move this floating menu.
