There should be a trial test for Power BI Premium. At least limited to only one workgroup, and only 1GB per dataset as it is for Power BI PRO. This way we can test its capacity and way to interact with Power BI Service and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).

You can get a trial Power BI Premium. But you must get the code from your account manager.

my company wants to share the reports across the business users within the organisation, But we have very few Pro licence for developers and cannot share the reports for other NON PRO users. So decided to try the power bi premium( only option available to share the reports for NON PRO users).
But it seems like there is no TRAIL licence. Is there any way to get TRAIL licence.

Didn't know about the trial Premium Code available, but it's kind of easy to just start a A-Plan and run it for as long as you are performing your trial. This will not cost you that much. A1 is kind of equal to a EM1 and A4 is kind of equal to P1. Don't know if there are Capability differences between the A-Plan and the P/EM plans but I have not found any

Having a trial licence allow developers to be able to demo PowerBIembed and make the case for management to buy it - It is a no brainer really
