When entering the "See Records" view, it allows you to decide which columns you view while you are in the "See Records", but after exiting "See Records" it reverts to the original view and removes the edits.
There should be an option to save the edits made within the "See Records" view so the unnecessary columns can be removed and the important information can be viewed more easily, and can be saved so the report keeps the edits made when saved.

RE: See Records Column Setup
Without this, it becomes a big loss for Analytic purpose. Can Microsoft expedite this?
RE: See Records Column Setup
This is exactly what I am trying to do and would be really useful in a future version
RE: See Records Column Setup
Yes please add this functionality.
The little things make all the difference in the world
RE: See Records Column Setup
very usefull
RE: See Records Column Setup
This is very much needed and seems like it would be very easy to implement. Please add this. This would allow us to choose what columns we want shown in "see records", choose what they should be named, and change the order of them.
RE: See Records Column Setup
Incredible that you can't save your "See Records"" layout! Please make this happen ASAP.
RE: See Records Column Setup
This needs to be a priority
RE: See Records Column Setup
I'm a bit flabbergasted after all this time this still hasn't been implemented as this seems like fairly basic functionality and is incredibly necessary. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just PLEASE add this functionality to an upcoming release!
RE: See Records Column Setup
Hi,
This is critical for us for the following reasons.
1. Some data used behind charts should be hidden from the end users. Should have option to turn off/on
2. The same applies to being able to export the chart. Should have option to turn off/on export data on each chart.
3. There are times when we would like to add additional columns to the "Show Data" table. I.e. alot of the charts are created using Unique keys but there are further fields that would be more useful for the end user consumption. This would help us move away from having unnecessary tables on dashboards.
Thanks

This needs to be completed.
