Ability to have multiple windows open for one document, just like Excel.
Excel - View tab, "New Window"
This function will save some headache while manipulating with the data, and having to click back forth between the tables or even the relationships.

RE: Multiple Windows
Working with Desktop on one screen can be limiting when you need to see all panes and the resultant visual.
I would suggest the ability to grab and breakout panes to move around, perhaps on a second screen.
So you can have the report on one screen then drag Fields and Visualisation panes out to the second screen i.e. move freely around your screen setup.
RE: Multiple Windows
I suspect that many of us today have multiple monitors and/or large monitors. To make better use of the screen area during Power BI Development....
The development panes such as Fields, Visualisations, Selection, Sync Slicers, Field Properties should be able to be "torn away" and freely move to another screen... and/or allowed to float over the work area. This should also include a separate window pane for DAX code.
RE: Multiple Windows
This would make working in Power Bi quicker and easier. Often when designing visuals I am checking back to the data view to see what the values should be, then switching back to the report view to ensure that I'm reflecting accurate values. If I could open the data view or relationship view in a new window to view them side by side, my job would be a lot easier!
