Focus Mode is a great way to highlight an individual visualisation, but it would be good if we could set a published report to default to Focus Mode (particularly when you only have the 1 visualisation on it)
--
When you publish to a website, regardless of what dimensions you set for the webpart, the report returns in 16:9 ratio - whereas focus mode fills the available canvas.
For example, for a map of the UK I might set the webpart as 800hx400w (tall & narrow), the default report view shows up tiny & unusable - but in focus mode it looks fantastic.

RE: Display in Focus Mode when Publishing to Web
would be nice to have a "switch" to pass as a "filter" to focus a report when needed

Still a needed feature in 2019. I'm new to Power BI, so not sure if this has been implemented or not.

'+1 I want this feat!
RE: Display in Focus Mode when Publishing to Web
A pity this hasn't had more votes as yet... I can certainly see the vast difference in focus mode and the way that Power BI renders a single visual on a web page without it.. rather than an enhancement I would call this an issue that requires bug fixing !
