Network Navigator visualization does not fire DataSelected event in Angular
I'm using the Power BI embedded visualization in my Angular SPA app. Most visualization types do fire the DataSelected event when data portion is clicked in their visualizations. But the Network Navigator visualization does not fire DataSelected event for embedded visualization.

Do not show Tooltip when cell value is blank
Give us the option on Matrix visual to not show Tooltip for cells that have blank values. Better let, let us specify value(s) for when tooltip should not appear.
