Data Labels for Maps

You need to able to add data labels to the maps (in power map, power view, and power BI Designer) such that you don't need to hover over the area to get the information.

Ideally you could add the data by your location identifier or even customize it.

This feature is still not available in Power BI, we can do this very easily in Tableau. Maps are of no use without having data labels, not possible to hover over map to see the values everytime.

Is this completed? I can't see the functionality of adding a label (even an index number per bubble would be sufficient).
