Give support for (bi)temporal Databases
We use a lot temporal databases because of compliance. Temporal databases can be modelled in SQL but querying them is a bit tricky. More information about temporal databases can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporal_database Basicly you should have a "between" join.
Security : Prevent sharing dashboards outside my organisation
I would like to have an option that a dashboard can never be shared outside my organisation, for security reasons of course.
Excel Online and Power BI gateway
Make possible that Excel Online will try to use the Gateway to get data from on premise datasources. Currently you save a workbook to sharepoint online, a user tries to open it and it opens in excel online and he can not change the pivot table or refresh the connection
Please improve the error messages in the Gateway
The current feedback for a user/administrator is totally useless when there is an error. I expect a unique errorcode so that I can look it up on the internet I expect a direct link to microsoft for more help. I expect a name of which connection goes wrong. I expect a name of the PBIX file that...
