Change column order
Most reporting tools allow you to change the order of the columns in the "Fields" pane. Power BI seems to put calculations, then table fields and then other columns. For self reporting it is very important that we can set the order of the columns. Even better would be the ability to organise them...

Don't crash the visuals when a column has been removed from the source query
Especially when the column is not used in the visuals!!! Indeed I find Power BI quite fragile. Any change make it crash the visuals with the classic "Can't show this, Fix".
