Map Annotations
Another tool I have used in the past has had the ability to right click on a map item i.e. province, city, country etc. and add a custom tool tip. This gave us the ability to give more summarized information to our users.

Dashboard data Classification
We have the concept of Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers at our organisation. We would love to use the Dashboard data classifications to represent those tiers. If we could colour the tags to reflect our tiers that would be brilliant!
