Enable Subscription feature only to selected users and not to all users
Currently, It is only possible to Activate/Deactivate Subscription feature to all users of the organisation. Its good to have possibility to have subscription feature active only to specific users and not to all users. Today its difficult to Monitor/Admin the subscriptions created by users
