Custom Order of Table Groups
Currently groups are always ordered alphabetically and there is no way to reorder them without creating a separate table with a sort order and joining it to the groups. Even the "Other" group for ungrouped values shows up as last in the Groups and Members dialog box, but then shows up in alphabet...
