Currently it is not possible to connect an on-prem instance of MS Dynamics CRM in the Power BI service. However, it still possible to connect to such an instance in Power BI desktop. So, the only way to share updated on-prem CRM data with colleagues is by manually refreshing data in Power BI desk...
