Scheduled Refresh failure notification should go to service/admin account
When scheduling a dataset refresh there should be an option to send the failure to someone other than the person that created the scheduled refresh, eg the support email box.

it would be helpful to make the power bi scheduled refresh accessible via SQL agent for cases where it is dependent on some other actions happening first, eg tabular cube processing needs to be complete

I have many scheduled refreshes, each set to email me on failure. I would prefer a dashboard using the admin portal as the data source. It would be eating our own dog food.
Refresh failed email lacks detail and can only send to one recipient
the refresh failed email lacks necessary details (like WHAT) - the message is "Oops, something when wrong". Also, cannot send to a group, it only sends to the user logged in to O365.
