Ability to have X axis labels of bar chart appear on top of graph instead of the bottom
Currently the only option is to have the X axis labels appear at the bottom of the bar chart visual. It would be beneficial to have the same ability as we have in Excel to choose to have the X axis labels at the top of a graph.

Make connected report icon always visible on scorecard if one exists
If a metric is populated by a report, the icon should always be visible as opposed to requiring the viewer to discover it by placing their mouse over the area.
Right now when a note(s) exists for a metric, the icon is visible; just do the same thing for any connected report.
