Sync slicer to work with custom slicers (i.e. HierarchySlicer, Smart Filter)

KPI Indicator scale number
Please, allow scaling factors for number values in KPI Indicator visual. It would make much more sense to show numbers in Millions, Thousands rather then 6/7 digit number in the KPI. Most of the visuals available on the market has this capability.
