dataflow powerquery validation
When modifying the query using the advanced editor, the dataflow is refreshed. Then, in order to save the changes, the dataflow validates that it can be refreshed AGAIN. PowerQuery should be smart enough to notice I made no changes after it loaded / validated the last time.
