Allow Min/Max values for databars to be set conditionally via a measure.
We need to be able to use a measure to conditionally set the min and (more importantly) max values of databars, so that we can force databars in different columns to adopt the same scale.

Why is it that we can format the background color of an entire slicer, or of dropdown that appears when we are making a choices, but we can't format *just* the background of the square where that actual *choice* is displayed independently?

Don't extend the X axis beyond the last year of data
Power BI will extend a continuous X axis well beyond the actual maximum value in the data automatically. For instance, my data goes up to 2022 but Power BI is drawing in the axis to 2040 automatically.
