Need ability to resize Pie Charts to reduce the white space between chart and frame

When creating pie charts there is a lot of white space around the object. When I try to resize, this white space between the chart and frame cannot be reduced. All fonts are the smallest they can be and I've changed the details in 'General', as per the thread 'Solution' below.

This is impacting the reporting I'm able to provide to my users, so I would really appreciate it if the option to resize can be added please.
