Resize the new vertical Pages pane even when there is a scroll bar, and remember the selected width

The new vertical-style Pages pane that replaces the tabs at the bottom of the report pages can already be re-sized by mousing-over the edge of the pane, then clicking and dragging. But this only works as long as there are less report pages than can be displayed in the pane without the list having to be scrolled. As soon as the scroll bar is shown in the pane, it's no longer possible to change the width of the pane. Please make it possible to re-size the pane in all circumstances.

Additionally, once the user has re-sized the pane, please remember this setting as a user preference, so that the next time the report is opened the Pages pane width (and / or visibility) is remembered
