    Add a dataset/report indicator into the Mashup Evaluation Container's running on On-Premises Gateway

    When troubleshooting on-premises gateway issues you can encounter Mashup Evaluation Containers behaving sporadically. Currently, there isn't a way to tie the bad containers back to a report. If the RequestID or DeviceID was added into the Mashup Evaluation Container when executed, this will help with troubleshooting bad containers and reports.
