    Link dataset created by desktop with Power BI REST API

    Dataset on power BI service created by Power BI desktop should be accessible by Power BI REST API. So that anyone can use Power BI Desktop to create dashboard and can post data to same dataset through power BI REST API. Because of this, Roles can not be defined on POWER BI SERVICE.
