Allow Hyperlinks in Text Boxes to Open in Same Tab

This would allow for intra report navigation and allow users to jump to different dashboards/pages from within the report.

I am also facing the same issue.
Could you tell me if your problem has been solved?
Requirement

The user needs to navigate between the two dashboards using buttons. That is when he clicks sales from orders he should be able to go to the sales dashboard and vice versa. The same needs to open in the same tab/window and not a new window.

Could achieve the same function with drillthrough but the stakeholder just not intrested as clicking on a URL hyperlink (with filter in parameters) is way more intuitive and user friendly.

This will be really helpful for the end users to navigate on the same page rather than be confused by having multiple tabs

This would be a very useful feature and take power bi report to the next level, it would allow also separate different reports using composite models and avoids heavy's reports

Much needed feature - as there are limitations within Dashboard object, we have to utilize Report as Dashboard functionalities with slicer and filters into it. So, navigation is an pain when we use URL/Hyperlink - which always opens on new tab instead of same tab.

Hope Microsoft fixes this quicker!

Hi,
This would be an very useful feature.
Currently the only way to make a dashboard user friendly is by creating one massive report and navigate with bookmarks. In practice if you have multiple dashboards for different teams you are faced to duplicate your datasets and reports. This obviously is not ideal.
