    Ability to select opacity directly when selecting color for all charts

    It would be great when formatting a Data Color to be able to go to Custom Color > And in the Hex value add opacity without having to create a custom field and conditionally format by field. Ex. Instead of #003087 to be able to add opacity index like #00308750
