This request refers to the desktop version of PowerBI
I have a page with multiple visualisations. For example I may have a chart showing sales by location, a map showing the locations, a table showing number of staff at each location etc.
When clicking on a bar in the chart or a dot on the map, data for that location is highlighted in the other visualisations. But if I then accidentally click on a record elsewhere the context is changed. This is all too easy to do, especially when trying to zoom or move the map. When there are lots of entries and I'm treating PowerBi as a way to explore the data, it can be extremely disorientating to suddenly get switched away from where I was.
A (conceptually) simple solution to this would be to provide back-forward browser-type navigation that would remember the current slice/selected-filters so I could just go back and forth through the history of the visual state. Ideally I'd want to be able to 'bookmark' the current report state so that I can return to interesting filtered states or share them with a colleague.
