View all the items in the Power BI folder when no filter is applied

When you look at the Power BI workspace you see only the Reports.

I need to go to the Filter => Semantic Model to actively tick this as an option, in order to see the underlying semantic models.

I've also created folders and placed items there, but they are nowhere to be found. Any reason why?
