Add options to Publish button on Home tab

Since the Publish button in the Home tab in PowerBI Desktop primarily publishes to workspaces, can that button have additional options right there instead of dialog boxes asking questions while publishing? You could have a dropdown for workspace selection and a checkbox for replacing the dataset if it exists that defaults to replacing it.
