Conditional Formatting for "Show Value as" to "Percent of column total"

I really think this is more of a bug than a new feature request. I think it's a bug because the conditional formatting is not represented by the numbers on the screen - it represents some other, underlying data.

When you have a matrix visual and have it set "Show Value as" to "Percent of column total" and then apply Conditional Formatting. It looks nice.

The conditional formatting is uses the underlying Count of the field as the numeric values for the conditional formatting and not the column percentage values which are the numbers displayed by the matrix.
